At iVape Supply, we stand behind all our products and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Occasionally, things don’t go as planned and we understand this. In the event something does go wrong, we guarantee that we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate our customers. The following is a list of our refund and warranty policies.
Buyer is eligible for a refund or store credit within the first 30 days of purchase (excluding e-juice). A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all unopened returns. Refunds and store credits will be determined by current sale price of products purchased. Products must be in original selling condition.
iVape Supply offers a 30 day replacement policy on all of its vape products against manufacture defects (excluding e-juice). All warranty returns are inspected thoroughly and can take up to 48 business hours for approval of return to be completed.
All Deal of the Day, Deal of the Week, Clearance, and Flash sale items will be considered as final sale. No warranty, exchanges, or refunds will apply to the items. To inquire if an item is considered final sale, please contact customer service before purchasing.
iVape Supply requires you to contact the following manufactures for service before the iVape Supply warranty is granted:
- Lost Vape
iVape Supply reserves the right to repair any product defects as a first resort before replacing is considered.
- If a particular product is out of stock, buyers have the option of receiving store credit for products still under warranty or wait until said product is back in stock. Store credit will be based on current or original sale price, whichever is of lesser value.
- Warranty returns must have packaging and original content to be accepted.
- All returns must be initiated and facilitated by original purchasing account
- All returns must be accompanied with an RMA return form, properly filled out.
- All tanks and RDA’s must be cleaned of all liquids to be accepted
- During testing of your merchandise, if it is determined that it is fully functional, we reserve the right to return the merchandise
- Customers are responsible for return shipping of warranty items. Replacement product shipping will be covered by iVape Supply via ground postage.
Note: The original received date will determine the beginning of the 30 day policy. Warranties can be determined void at our sole discretion. iVape Supply will not issue a warranty replacement on any product physically damaged by any other party.
NO warranties, exchanges or returns are offered on e-juice, all sales of e-juice are final
Consumable Products: (wire,cotton,tips,etc…)
For sanitary and safety concerns, the following OPENED/USED items cannot be returned: Wire, Cotton, Tools, Drip-Tips, Unicorn Bottles,Coils, Batteries, Tanks and RDA’s.
Buyers must notify iVape Supply of any order issues (broken, incorrect or missing products) within 3 days of receiving shipment. This is to ensure iVape Supply may take proper corrective action.
Occasionally, buyers may not handle returns in a professional and cooperative manner. Accordingly, we obtain the right to apply stricter policies on returns in these cases.

**You must be of legal smoking age in your state (18-21 Depending on state) to purchase vape products from iVape Supply. By purchasing vape from iVape Supply, you agree that you are of legal smoking age in your state. iVape Supply is not liable if the purchaser of vape products disregards this policy.
