1. Login into your account:
2. Select the “RMA” link on the navigate left under “My Account”:
3. Click the “Request New Return” Button:
4. Select the order from the dropdown that corresponds with your product return and click “Next":
5. Choose which product you would like to return, the quantity of the return, reason for the return and finally the desired resolution:
6. Provide as much detailed information and attach any documentation/images that will provide us a better understanding of your request. This will help us process your return in a quicker fashion. Finally click the “Submit Request” button:
7: For updates on your RMA’s, you can always check the status/history under the RMA link under “My Account”
